Hello Tuesday. April 23 2024 Once a year, some believe a man in a red suit + jolly belly flies around the world in one night to bring toys.
Well, consider this Columbia’s bag of toys because tomorrow, all over the world, Miracle Pop-up — a Christmas-themed pop-up cocktail bar — will be opening its doors and welcoming festive-feeling-seekers. Once upon a time there was a Main Street restaurant called Main Street Public House. Because of the pandemic, it had to close its doors, and citizens were left wondering what the restaurant would turn into.
That same day, they heard some news that would lift their spirits with the promise of not only a new business coming soon, but a Miracle.
Starting tomorrow through December 31 at 1156 Main St. from 11 a.m.-2 a.m., Soda Citizens can experience an explosion of holiday decor, lights, cocktails, themed nights, Santa sightings, and tinsel. Not to worry, beginning Jan. 1, 2022, the holiday decor will come down, and 1920s decor will go up to accompany the award-winning cocktail bar expanding from Charleston, Prohibition. It will focus on customized cocktails + whiskeys.
In the end, Prohibition is coming soon, and Soda Citizens joined thousands of others all over the world in a holiday celebration in the form of a Miracle.
If you can’t make it tomorrow for the grand opening, we are going to take a first look inside Miracle on Main + will be posting about it on our Instagram. Follow along to get a peek inside.
The End. Just kidding. Take a look at those buttons below. If you’re not a grinch, you’ll know what to do.
Share this story with your BFFs, your neighbors, and anyone else who you want to bring along to try this limited time, holiday cocktail bar with.

Editor's Pick: Ever wonder what it’s like to live near UofSC? Here are some thoughts I have as an alum: 👍 Pros — The size of Columbia is perfectly midsized + proximity to all Gamecock sporting events. 👎 Cons — It can feel college-y + parking is not for the faint of heart.
