For many of us, our knowledge of local commercial real estate firms begins and ends with the signs we see adorning available office and retail buildings throughout town. And if you’re anything like us, you’re constantly wondering what’s #ComingSoon. 👀

NAI Columbia was founded in 2019 as a partnership between NAI Earle Furman in Greenville (home to our sister newsletter GVLtoday), along with 8 local principals that served as senior brokers with NAI Avant. Some background here: NAI Avant derived from national real estate developer Edens and Avant before its reformation as NAI Columbia — under new leadership + with a new company structure. Ⓟ
